Dorman High School is excited to offer a service that helps parents stay informed of their student’s progress. Because of its partnership with Intouch Online, Dorman now has the capability to give parents quick and convenient access to their student’s valuable academic information via the Internet. With an activated user account and password, parents may view their student’s class schedule, attendance, grades, transcript, discipline incidents, assignments, etc. In addition, Intouch allows parents to communicate with teachers, access the school calendar, and view daily announcements. Parents may use any computer with an Internet connection to access this service. All activity on the site is secure and restricted to members with user IDs and passwords.

Step #1: Register

• Follow this hyperlink: DHS Intouch
• Click "register online".
• Fill out the Personal Information form. List ALL children enrolled at DHS (10-12).
• Be sure to include your e-mail address.
• Click "Submit".

Step #2: Username and Password

• A Dorman High School staff member will process your application within 48 hours. After receiving an email notification of your application’s acceptance, you will need to bring proof of your identity – an official photo ID – to the Dorman Guidance Center to obtain your user ID and password. A staff member will be located in the Guidance Center during regular office hours - 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. – to provide you with the information needed to access Intouch Online.

• Please DO NOT register more than once.

Step #3: Login

• Follow this hyperlink: DHS Intouch
• Type in User ID and Password that you received from the Guidance Center.
• Click "Submit".

Who is eligible to use Intouch Online?

All parents/guardians who have legal rights to view their children’s school records. Students are NOT allowed to register themselves to access this site, but can access the site with the household password.

Can more than one parent/guardian have access to a child's record?

Yes. Each parent/guardian household can register individually and will receive his/her own unique password if he/she has legal rights to view their child's school records.

How secure is the information?

Users of Intouch Online never view the school’s actual database – they are looking at a copy that resides on the school’s web server. We basically take a snapshot of the student information and make it available through the password-protected Internet connection.
