What is FCA all About?

For more than 47 years, FCA has been focused on one purpose . . .
"Present to athletes and coaches, and all whom they influence, the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church."

To athletes and coaches...

  • FCA is an athletic ministry, its primary constituency being athletes and coaches from the junior high through professional levels.

and all whom they influence...

  • FCA is an influencing ministry, using athletics as its platform and athletes and coaches as its role models and spokespersons to reach the world influenced by athletics.

the challenge of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord...

  • FCA strives to present the complete Gospel in which athletes and coaches are encouraged to count its cost and make thoughtful decisions for Christ in the fellowship of the Huddle group locally and at Conferences and Camps.

and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord...

  • FCA presents the acceptance of Christ as a continuing journey in which athletes and coaches grow in knowledge of and service to Christ.

serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church...

  • FCA aids athletes and coaches in maintaining or restoring relationships and directing athletes and coaches toward the family and church.

One Way to Play

One Way To Play is an organization that is sponsored by the National Fellowship of Christian Athletes that advocates and supports a drug free lifestyle! Check out this site today by clicking here.

FCA's One Way 2 Play--Drug Free program takes a different approach to dealing with the problem of alcohol and drug use among our nation's youth. FCA knows that drinking and drugs are not the problem. It is simply a method a young person has chosen to deal with the REAL problem, which goes much deeper than behavior. It concerns a young person's sense of identity, security, significance, purpose and hope. The young person's family may not have provided these essential elements. But, the family of God can.

That is why One Way 2 Play is different from the other drug prevention programs. FCA believes the solution is a faith-relationship in Jesus Christ. FCA Huddles and churches across the nation as standing together to support, encourage and hold accountable young people who have made a commitment to live and play drug free.

Make the commitment yourself today, because there's only one way to play!
